Refund Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy sits alongside our Terms of Service, which govern purchases in full. Where the two differ, the Terms govern.
Subscriptions and purchases are separate
A subscription and a purchased title are unrelated transactions. Cancelling a subscription does not refund a book you bought, and refunding a book does not end a subscription.
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are not refundable, and we do not credit unused subscription time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If a renewal is charged after you cancelled and the cancellation did not take effect, that is an error on our side and we refund it in full. Contact us.
If a renewal is charged and you have not used the app in that period, we may refund it. That is a courtesy rather than a right, and we decide it case by case.
Titles you buy
A purchase is final once access to the content is granted, which happens the moment the payment succeeds. There is no download to wait for, so there is no later moment at which you obviously have it.
We will refund a purchase where:
- the content cannot be accessed and we cannot make it accessible;
- the content is materially not what the listing described;
- the same title was bought twice on one account; or
- the charge was not authorised by the account holder.
Ask within 30 days of the charge. We will look at a later request, but we do not promise one.
If we remove something you bought
Some titles are published by other people and are available here under an agreement with them. If such an agreement ends, we may have to remove the title. If we permanently remove access to something you bought, for any reason other than your breach of the Terms, we refund it in full for 12 months after your purchase, and offer an account credit for the same amount after that. This is the one case where a refund is owed rather than considered.
Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. A chargeback takes back the publisher's share of the sale as well as ours, whether or not the complaint turns out to be fair, and it costs a fee we do not get back even when the dispute is resolved in our favour. Almost everything a chargeback is for, we would have simply fixed. Where a dispute is raised without contacting us, we may suspend the account and the access the disputed purchase granted.
Your rights where you live
Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law of your own country or state. Where that law requires a refund we would otherwise decline, that law wins.
Asking for a refund
Email support@pnpready.com with the account the purchase was made on and what you bought. A human reads it.
